Chilli Cheese Toast

Chilli Cheese Toast

INGREDIENTS :
      
          6 Bread Slices, halved
         I medium onion, Chopped
         3-4 green chillies, Chopped
         I-2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
         I 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
         Salt to taste

NO. OF SERVINGS :
                   12 (half slice per serving)

PREPARATION :

**  Mix all the chopped ingredients with the cheese and add salt to taste. Spread equally over the bread slices..


** Preheat a 24cm Roaster/Skillet on medium heat.till it cooks, put in the bread slices.Toast on low heat for a few minutes or till the cheese melts.Serve hot with tomato or chilli sause..
