** Have a good and pleasant sleep atleast 7-8 hours..

** Try to sleep with extra pillows to avoid the fluids forming in the lower eyes this cause the dark circles around eyes..

** Drink full of water which u time...atleast 8 to 10 glasses..It may reduce the dark circles..

** vitamin E food is very helpful to reduce the dark circles...should take the multivitamin food that is iron,B-vitamins..

** cucumber slices is the best way to reduce the dark circles that may keep the eyes cool and pleasant...

** You can also use the moisturized creams which contains vitamin based products....
