Steps to easy and quick process for pedicure : 

**  Firstly remove your previous nail polish or nail paint..

** Add a spoon of crystal salt and shampoo in a tub of warm water.

**  Soak your feet in a warm water for 20 - 25 mins...during this time u can be relaxed by doings which u   like most...( listing to music or reading books ) ..

** Dry your feet with a clean towel and shape your nails as your wish...file the toe with nail filer..

** Now gently massage your feet with a scrub... make your scrub by combining 1 tbs of olive oil with 1 tbs of  raw sugar, besan or oatmeal..Soak hands in hot water and wrap them around the feet
 
** Clean the  foot with the foot scrubber stone gently.add some liquid soap on the scrubber and rub it on the heel..It removes the dust particles of your heel..

** Now gently massage your feet by the moisturising lotion..

** Atlast paint your favorite nail colour to your legs..      This is the prevention of your cracked heels...
